Is there really no monthly fee?
Yes. Aegis has no subscription and no monthly fee. You pay per operation instead of paying for a plan, so there is nothing to cancel and no tier to pick. Strategies and backtesting are included at no extra cost.
What exactly is the 0.50% fee?
It applies only when you buy crypto through the fiat on-ramp (PIX, SEPA or Card via Transak, currently in Beta). The fee is 0.50% of the on-ramp amount and is shown to you before you confirm the purchase. It is the only fee Aegis charges.
Do you take a cut of my trades?
No. Trading carries no Aegis markup. When an order executes on a connected exchange you pay only that exchange's own trading fee — Aegis adds nothing on top. On DEXs you sign every transaction yourself, and Aegis never holds or moves your funds.
What does PAPER mode cost?
Nothing. PAPER mode runs against a simulated $10,000 account so you can test strategies with zero risk and zero cost. TESTNET is free as well. The recommended progression is PAPER, then TESTNET, then REAL.
Are there hidden tiers or add-ons?
No. There are no levels, seats or premium tiers. The risk engine, audit trail, Telegram alerts and wallet-first security are all included. The only price you will ever see from Aegis is the 0.50% on-ramp fee.
